the 6kv/10kv 3-phase asynchronous motor ykk is a series of closed-cage rotor motor, which is produced in line with technical specifications in jb/t10315.2---2002, with a protection class ip44 or ip54 and a cooling mode ic611.
the series ykk has many advantages, such as high efficiency, energy conservation, low noise, slight vibration, light weight, reliable performance and installation & maintenance convenience.
series ykk can be used to drive various machineries, e.g. ventilator, compressor, water pump, crusher, ball mill, cutting-off machine, transportation machinery and other equipments, and can be used as a primary mover in coal mine, mechanical industry, power station and various industrial & miming enterprises.
the series ykk motor has a structuring and mounting mode imb3, whose ratings mean the values based on continuous duty (s1), rated frequency 50 hz, rated voltage 6kv/10kv; for other voltage classes or special requirements could be discussed separately.
the motor uses box-type structure. the frame is made of steel sheet welding, featured as light weight and fair rigidity. enclosed air cooler is mounted at top of motor featured as convenient reassembling and favorable for maintenance and repair of motor.
the stator uses external press fitting structure. the stator winding uses class f insulation material. the end has reliable fixing and binding. multiple inter-turn impulse voltage tests and grounding high-voltage holding tests have been conducted in manufacturing procedure. and it is processed with internationally advanced vacuum pressure impregnation (vpi) solvent free varnish equipment and process. thus the motor has excellent and reliable insulating property, fair mechanical strength and strong moisture-proof capacity.
the squirrel-cage rotor uses cast aluminum and strip copper structures made of advanced and reliable casting process and welding technology with dynamic balance check to ensure stable and reliable operation of motor.
the bearings have antifriction bearings and sliding bearings to be determined by power and rotating speed of motor. the rated power frequency of motor is 50 hz, rated voltage as 6000 v/10000v, and primary type of protection grade as ip44/ip54. we can also provide motors of other voltage, frequency protection grade as per ordering requirements.
the motors can be used to drive various machines, e.g. compressor, pump, crushers, stock-removing machine, transport machines and other machines as prime engines in various industrial and mining enterprises, e.g. mines, engineering industry, petrochemical industry and power plant. purpose and technical requirements shall be indicated in ordering motor for ventilating fan, coal grinding mill, iron-rolling mill and hoister so as to use special design for reliable operation.
